How to Use a Diffuser
If you’re using Diddlelydeets Soapstone’s; Remove the soapstone bowl from the base, place an unlit tea candle inside the bottom area of the soapstone. If your using Diddlelydeets Diffuser Oil give the bottle a shake & pour oil into bowl no more than ½ full. Light the tea candle then carefully place the bowl back on top of the soapstone base. The tea candle will warm the oil
and soon it will diffuse your chosen scent into the room.
If your using Essential Oils in the Diddlelydeets Soapstone Diffuser follow the same order for loading & lighting the soapstone. However, this time add warm water to the bowl, about ½ full, then add a few drops of EO to the warm water. Be sure to use only 100% Pure Essential Oils. Do not use an EO that has been diluted with a carrier oil. Start out by adding only a few drops of EO. Start out small and work your way up to the desired concentration. Each EO is different so you will need to experiment with the number of drops used.
Remember:
~ Do not put cold water into a hot diffuser cup
~ Never leave a burning candle unattended
~ Remember essential oils are flammable
~ The soapstone base and bowl will become hot after a short time, allow for cooling before handling.
